The Cape Town Motorshow 2017.
The first annual Cape Town Motorshow kicked of in January 2017. Wulfchiptegnik™ decided to partner with our friends at Just Like Papa™ and booked a display stand in the Grand West Casino’s Market Hall. Not only did we bring our Armytrix™ Porsche 911 Carrera GTS to the stand, but the guy’s at Just Like Papa™ also managed to secure one of their client’s Mercedes-Benz G63 Brabus 6×6.
The “Sixer”, featuring custom work done by the Just Like Papa™ team, proved to be the show stopper a the Cape Town Motorshow, with crowds flocking to our stand daily to snap a photo of this very special, very rare vehicle. The Armytrix™ Porsche 911 Carrera GTS definitely held it’s own though and caused a bit of a stir when we fired up the 3.8l flatsix and opened the exhaust valves via the Armytrix™ iOS app. So much so, that the fire marshalls came to shut us down.
We had an amazing time at the show, and would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made it possible and to everyone who came to our stand, just for a chat or to hear about what software or hardware modifications we can offer for their vehicles. We’ll definitely be back next year – bigger and louder.
